A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
“Students who are struggling are rarely lacking ability. They are lacking a system that sees them.”
Across two decades in education, I watched bright students get suspended, capable athletes go undeveloped, and families with IEP plans navigate a process designed for paperwork rather than people. The interventions existed. The connections between them did not.
Posure is the connective layer. We integrate advising, mentorship, leadership development, and research into one model that meets students where they are and walks with them to where they want to go.
