- EXPERT EXPERIENCES AND ADVICE: Information from leaders such as reviews, interviews, investment advice, leadership mentorship advice, etc.
- SYNTHESIZED INFORMATION: Information that synthesizes, simplifies, and condenses -such as books
- SAVE TIME OR MONEY: information that saves you time
- ORGANIZED INFORMATION – Information from library catalogs, websites like Google, and other media

Our research project is an international, peer-reviewed, and Open Access, publishing articles in all areas of leadership. We welcome proposals from around the world.

MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION
Style
Manuscripts should be organized in Microsoft Word utilizing double line spacing throughout, with at least 3cm margins.
English standard
Manuscripts should be written in clear, grammatically correct English.
Cover Letter
A cover letter must be submitted, which provides a concise section of an overview of the work, its importance, and the reason for publication.
Format
Each Full Article should incorporate the following sections: Title, Authors, Keywords, Running title, Footnotes including, Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgments,
ETHICS
All authors:
- have reviewed and approved the manuscript
- agreed to its submission to Posure leadership resources network
- have permission to publish their work
- attest the manuscript represents original work and contains no plagiarized material
SUBMISSION PROCESS
The submitting author has the full names, institutional addresses, and email addresses for all authors
OPEN ACCESS
All writers are knowledgeable that accepted manuscripts are published under a Posure leadership resources network website.
