Janna Smith

Director of Program Development

Janna Smith is a native of Oklahoma and a graduate of Yukon High School. She pursued higher education at Southwestern Christian University, where she majored in Human and Family Services. During her time as a student, she assisted the Adult Studies Department. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies and a minor in Human and Family Services.

Throughout her career, Janna has served various churches as a youth worship coach and has worked in non-profit organizations, administration roles, and social work, assisting aged, blind, and disabled community members. She later transitioned to special education, working as a paraprofessional substitute teacher at Broken Arrow Public Schools, where she earned certification in behavior rehabilitation services.

After a period dedicated to addressing the special needs of one of her children, Janna chose to teach private music lessons and volunteer in local churches, focusing on music and community resources. She then served at Southwestern Christian University as an Admissions Counselor for Online Professional Studies and Graduate Studies.

She is Music Instructor with focus on Private lessons such as Piano, Vocal, Songwriting, Performing arts, Theory and Music performance

Currently, Janna is enrolled in graduate school at National University, where she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Education. She is passionate about empowering students, university faculty members, and community members in their academic and professional endeavors.

 

Brinkley Davison

Program Advisor

Brinkley Davison has been in education and a certified teacher over 5 years while leading special education teams to fulfill their calling in education. She has seen firsthand how school culture and administrative support determines a school’s success in employee retention, parent satisfaction, and student growth. She endeavors to be a solutionist by tackling current problems faced in public education. Brinkley received her undergraduate degree from Oral Roberts University in International Business in 2012. She is currently earning her master’s degree in science education at Northeastern State University.

Goodness Agboola

Director of Strategic and STEM Partnerships

Goodness Agboola serves as the Director of Strategic and STEM Partnerships at the POSURE Leadership Institute, where he combines STEM expertise with a commitment to servant leadership, creating a transformative environment for students. He empowers learners to navigate their academic and professional paths confidently.

He holds an A.S. in Information Technology, B.A. in Mathematics, a B.S. in Computer Science and currently completing his Masters in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology. As a peer mentor and tutor, he has shaped the educational journeys of over 100 students, enhancing their academic performance in mathematics and computer science.

Goodness’s dedication to academic excellence earned him the ‘TOP 20 STUDENTS’ award in 2020, recognition in ‘Who’s Who Among Students’ at Cameron University, and membership in the Pi Mu Epsilon Mathematics Honor Society. He has presented at conferences, participated in research sessions, and volunteered with MathCounts. His belief in Philippians 4:13 drives his support for students, emphasizing that success is possible despite obstacles.

He views education as crucial for societal advancement and advocates for a holistic approach to learning that fosters students’ overall development. Goodness is committed to equipping students with the tools and mentorship needed for successful futures, aspiring to nurture a generation of advocates and changemakers through his leadership at POSURE.
